A teacher's trial starts the day they first agree. It ends after the days, or the hours, whichever comes first.
If you raise these, every teacher still in a trial gets the new numbers.
If you lower them, only new teachers get the new numbers. Nobody loses time they were promised.
A teacher you have given more time to keeps what you gave them.
