Other things you put in the diary

A free one still goes in the diary. It shows on a bill as included, and it never counts towards how often a child comes each week — so a parent conference cannot quietly move a family onto a cheaper rate.

When you go to them

Most teachers include travelling in their usual price and leave this alone. Turn it on only if you charge extra for it.

This is added to a lesson you have marked “In person”. It never applies to anything you have made free, and a parent’s bill shows it as its own line so nobody has to work out where it came from.
